   Drain Master replaced our main water line from the street to the house.  We had a lower bid and an extremely high bid to do the work.  Drain Master was close to the lower bid than the high bid and promised minimal damage to lawn, driveway and cement walkway.  Both other bids planned to do trenches.  The non-trench solution was pretty much non invasive.  The job required replacing the main house line and then replacing the line from one side of the duplex to the other, under the slab foundation.  It worked very well despite several complications.  They stuck to their original quotation.  We are very pleased.  They have a great system, they are honest and know what they are doing.  I have and will recommend them for outside, underground (trenchless) pipe replacement.

Update: Had Drain Masters come to router a logged kitchen drain.  Well diagnosed and solved at a reasonable cost.  Happy again.

   We had a leak in our poly b line just inside our house. We had previously replaced all the poly b in our house but the line that went through our foundation to the road was still poly b. The leak needed to be repaired and we also wanted the line replaced out to the road. They were able to start work the day following the quote, they did a trenchless replacement of the pipe with very minimal disturbance inside and out. They were professional and quoted a fair price (1/6 the cost of another quote I got!!!). Very happy with the work, I can't recommend them enough. Thanks!

   Drainmaster is a pleasure to deal with. They clearly have the expertise, as well as the experience. Their trenchless method meant that there was no damage done to our garden and deck.    Recently hired Drain Master Plumbing to come fix a major water leak issue that cost me almost $2000 in utility bills from the city over the past year.

I needed a company to excavate the area near my water metre and replace the water line from the city main to my house, Drain Master Plumbing did just that.

I would like to firstly compliment on efficient this company is with dispatching it’s plumbers. The estimate I received from Tyler (manager) was very reasonable. The job took a total of four days and each day the plumbers Habtamu and Tedros came to my house on time and worked hard everyday.

They were incredibly nice and had to dig several holes 7 feet into the ground by HAND in order to get to the leak site. They used quality material and backfilled the area well.

Jody the receptionist was kind when I called with concerns and questions.

Our sewer line had become clogged. We called Drain Master Plumbers who came to our home in Deep Cove. The plumbers found out tree roots had gotten into our line. Since they were going to replace the line without digging a trench we let them do the job. They did an excellent job replacing the sewer line. The price was very good as well.

We had Drain Master repair are broken water line as it was leaking into our home. We chose them because of the price they gave us and that they would do the job using trenchless equipment as we dig not want our yard to be dug up. They did an excellent job replacing the water line with no damages done to our property.

Water Line Replacement Langley

We had our water line replaced by Drain Master Plumbers. We chose them because they gave us the best quote and said they would not need to dig a trench in our yard. They did exactly as promised and they just dug up 2 small holes, one where they placed the new water line and a hole where they used a machine to pull the new line through. An excellent job well done. It was done on time and price and you would never have known they were here to replace our water line. Highly recommended.

Drain Master Plumbers replaced our water line without digging a trench. They had quoted us the best price overall and the job was completed on time as promised. No damage was caused to our garden or property. Very friendly plumbers. Great job.

Tyler came to quote the same day called. We acquired other quotes, theirs being more reasonable than other companies.. Two days later, two men showed up just before the arranged start time. They replaced the water line from the city service to our home as it had sprung a leak. These gentlemen did a great job, were professional and left no mess. They laid drop cloths to keep the floor clean and shop vacuumed up where they had to drill through the foundation wall for the new line. Both men were experienced plumbers finishing the job in a day.
A big thank you to Tyler and his on-site crew for a job well done!

We had a very positive experience with this company.
Hugo was the technician. He showed up at 8:30 am. Was finished at 3:30.
There was no disruption to our yard. The yard was completely cleaned up when they left. We would highly recommend drainmaster.

Replacement Of Sewer Line From House To City Line 10/10

My sewer line was 65 years old and collapsing, I needed approximately 70 feet replaced. I had a new driveway and did not want it torn up, these guys came in and did an amazing job. The estimator and the work crew were polite, courteous and professional.

Since I bought my house in 2002, I had ongoing problems with roots in my sewer pipe. Every six to twelve months, I had to call plumbers to cut the roots in my main pipe. The last time, it costed me 600$ for a 2-hour job! Never during these years did a plumber told me there was an alternative to the traditional re-piping method which costs a lot, is dirty and damages your front yard. This was the case until my neighbour told me about trenchless pipe replacement. I called a few companies and got a quote from two of them, including Drain Master which I chose in the end because the quote was less than half the other one and because they seem to really know what they were talking about. I was SO impressed by the quality of the work of the young men who came to my place. They worked SO hard and did such a stellar job. I had to write a review to express my gratitude and satisfaction. This is truly an outstanding company.
PS: And I took advantage of this contract to have my waterline replaced at the same time.
